Why is everyone here reposting the same thing? Do you not have any criticisms of your own? SPOILER: You all just decided it was a bad game as soon as Joel died and did not give it a chance after that. The story is unparalleled to any game I have played, I have never seen a show or played a game that told a story this way, to show you the whole flip side to the story and make you sympathise with the “villain”, the storytelling is second to none. As far as gameplay is concerned if you liked the first one you will love the second, new weapons and traps, hand to hand combat improved, exploration more fun… everything is better gameplay wise. People are just upset the man died and they had to play as 2 girls, there is no other reason to be so critical of an amazing game.
