Vague language with no clarify of what he is trying to advise or recommend. I didn’t take a single point from it to apply to my business. Given in certain chapters he talks about understanding customers and developing a good business that provides value, he definitely is not following any of what he says which makes me question if any of his content is trustworthy. I wish I hadn’t wasted my money.
