This company is a scam. First of all I never ordered the nasty looking” free” meals they sent to me and when I asked to camel them they charged me $59.00 on top the $129.00 plan fee and $229.00 medical fee I never received. I had been contacteing them from the seconded week to inform them that I never received the medication. It is hard to contact them via phone and when they do answer they brush you off stating you complaint has been placed in the supervisor Que to check on the medication. I asked for my refund and was told I couldn’t get a refund because med has been shipped. Total lie never received tracking number per open link healthcare email from start. They hide behind emails without really giving you a definite answer. I canceled plan way before the next billing cycle and was sent and emailed by Pierre stating I will no longer recieve any more charges. Lo and behold my account was charged anther $229 for meds again on Nov 24. I called RXPlans Aka Openloop healthcare and was told I can only receive refund for dirt medication I received and not for the new charges of medication after the fact my account as been cancelled. The representative told me to call G plan about refund of that. I spoke to Amie and she said I have been issued a refund for the new charge but I informed her no that was the refund for the first meds from RXPlans that is showing not the newest one. She brushed me off and said it has been issued and I told her I will either be calling back for it or my lawyer. So far I have spoke to and Amie, Pierre,Kayla the most rudest person , Peter and Abigail via email or phone and for me they are all in on this large scam. I heard a child in the background of one of them so they work remotely. I told tht person how can you sleep at night knowing that you are gaining your pay illegally? . Do not attempt to stop at there ads and run this company is a scam for sure including the Doctors this is sad . It doesn’t deserve a star at all but I had to in order to submit the review.
