I’m watching a movie about nothing. Without Seinfeld charm. At this point we as an audience all get the restaurant game from different movies and tv shows so it’s not novel. I always wish John lequizamo would be able to play more leads. Especially instead of the lead here. I don’t care about Carl the character has everything and women who are way too hot for him ( tv/movie obligation) The guy has it all and doesn’t particularly care about any of the other characters in his life. Ratatouille did it better Gordon Ramsay shows do it better Waiting did it Better SpongeBob working at the crusty crab does it better Though a note, I would have loved to see Paul giamatti as Carl.

I just started this book, and I have to ask and I really hope… Is there going to be science and psychology? I don’t want to read a book that’s just a bunch of magical thinking. But I do want a good self help book about HSP boundaries written by an MD. There are no citations to this book (where are her percentages coming from?) When I looked in the back I saw ads for the author’s own natural health products. …My empathy is telling me that this book may be taking advantage of empaths… Read about empaths but skip this one!
