It's not a movie for children. It's about a young girl going through puberty and how confusing it is for her and for her family. I personally did not like the movie, but it does show teen girls they are not alone as they change from little girls to women. Some parts of the movie are confusing and hard to understand, and rebelling against parents was encouraged. A lot of things were really inappropriate about the movie. I was disappointed in it.
