The action, while cinematically amazing, was WAY over the top, even for the franchise, and that’s saying something. Apparently using guns is no longer a thing for spies; instead switchblades and pipes and swords are the way to go. And the romantic transition was almost ageist, our with the old, in with the new for the clearly aging star. And the plot had as many holes as a block of Swiss cheese. Disappointing
