A live action monster high movie could’ve had so much potentially, really it could but it was definitely done completely wrong. The only thing I liked about it was probably the songs/musical numbers, other than that it sucked , They completely changed clawdeen and draculauras personality, which really annoys me, and why the hell were Clawdeen and deuce love interests to eachother?? (I really hope this doesn’t happen in the series because the series is definitely growing on me) The CGI was horrible as well, and to top it off the ending left with a cliffhanger foreshadowing a sequel which is just great🙄 Overall like I said all I found good were the songs and musical number scenes, the movie holds good songs but everything else is pretty bad.

Oh my goodness, this has got to be one of my favorite shows. The characters are amazing, the plot , and it even has good humor. I love the idea of the evil queen casting a curse so that the fairytale characters are trapped in a town with no magic ,stuck in time without their memories, and just the way the show plays out in general. I will admit the plot can be a little confusing and twisted and some areas so sometimes it feels a bit messy, but I absolutely love all the twists and cliffhangers. Not to mention Regina’s character development, I think she’s well written and her actress, Lana Parilla, plays her very well. However the show can feel a bit repetitive at times, but it’s still definitely worth it. What I mostly love about the show is the way that it makes the fairytales and characters twisted and not exactly their story, or mixed with other ones. For example, Rumple was not only rumplestiltskin, but also the beast for belle, the son of Peter Pan, and supposedly the crocodile that took Hooks hand, it’s so cool. Taking a fairytale or Disney movie character and twisting the story to either make it cooler or disturbing is a big thing the show does and I love.
