Just watched this movie in the year 2023 and it still resonates because the story is as old as time itself. The female lead has an affair, It starts out as a very exciting excuse to escape the monotony of the suburbs and marriage that has lost its initial spark. Both Lane and Greer give amazing performances and the movie is in no way preachy. But it does leave you with something to think about.
