Constant bugs that I tried to live with but the final straw was [SPOILER] A Brothers Keeper quest bug where you can't advance because a cutscene wouldn't activate. I even loaded a save that brought me 2 missions back 3 hours earlier and the quest continued to bug out on me and it's all I have left and without this cutscene I'm stuck in a cave with nowhere to go and nothing to do.
