This show takes the mick out of young people desperate to find a way onto the property market. The initial house purchase is rarely a good flipping option and the budget these people are given is absolutely unworkable! Only a fully qualified builder would be able to work those numbers. To top it off the Fees/Taxes added to the bill at the end are abominable! They need to break these down for transparency… I believe these “fees” are hiding the profit for whoever is funding this tv show. Often the contestants have put in 4-6 months of hard graft, fitting it around their already busy lives, asking on favours from friends and family only to walk away with next to nothing in most of the shows I’ve seen. The channel, presenter and anyone should be ashamed to be a part of this, it absolutely abuses the good faith and hard work of the participants.
