My wife and myself randomly turned up to the cinema and after a bit of a queue up sat to watch 28 years later. It had its moments , the script had some pluses but eventually it didn't enough to put itself in my "worst ever movie " considerations. The last bizzare twist came in what was to be the final moments , just when I thought it's off again, mercifully the credits ( and oxymoron in this case) appeared. I wanted to give it no stars or minus but I had to give one to post.
