Honestly, this is one of the best shows I've ever watched, animated or otherwise. The story it tells is basic in its premise: two guys can dive back in time through photos. Simple, right? Well, not exactly. Every decision made actually has consequences that factor into the story, and as the viewer, you truly buy into the fact that the decisions made all fit the characters' personalities perfectly. That's not even mentioning the beautiful animation, and faithfulness to the aesthetic of donghua. I'm going to leave it at that, but I could go on and on. This show is great, and if you were having doubts about watching it, then just give it a chance. Trust me. You won't regret it.
