The best movie ever made! I was on the Vineyard when they made it - just fantastic !!

I never get tired of watching this movie

Knowing how expensive and difficult it would be to use original aircraft, I think they’ve done a tremendous job of showing what it was like to be part of an aircrew.

Some of the movie was a little bit “Hollywood”, the scene with the woman and baby, unnecessary. But the beginning of this film and first half are fantastic! Extremely realistic, the tunnel scene will have you grasping for air, and the acting by those two was nothing short of spectacular. Wish there was a little more action in regards to combat, but the dogfight sequence was very good.
