I always enjoy Jason Statham movies, but this was unbearable to watch. He did a good job, but the liberal movie studios continue to placate to the SJW people. Almost every person of 'authority' in the movie was either black or some other minority. You would think that 85% of the FBI is black or female, as well as the police. When are we going to get some really good movies again and hire people based on acting ability and not the color of their skin. But why change movies when TV is the same. Another disappointing movie. This makes 3 of the last 5 movies I have walked out on because they shove unrealistic scenarios down everyone's throats. I am not a hater, just a realist. If you see it differenty, you drank to 'koolaid' and are brainwashed.

I walked out of this movie. I personally felt that the "continuous single shoot" effect of filming detracted from cinematic appeal. There were too many scenes that unfolded that were apparent, like the rat tripping the trip wire. Also the barb wire in the hand...that was such a poorly executed scene. Another poorly conceived scene...the staged dead bodies and the main characters horrific reactions? These are guys that have been in battle and these scenes would be commonplace to them. Other reviewers said "Visual Spectacle" and "visual was poetry". I agree with those statements. Their depiction of the events and times rivals Saving Private Ryan. But the overall story and events that felt forced...well it made me walk out. The locations were spot on for conveying the feel of the times, too many scenes just didn't seem to fit. It takes a lot for me to walk out of a movie I paid $13.50 for, and this is one.
