Dixon Butts

Good for 2 acts, & great crocodile. Unfortunately the 3rd act ruins this movie. Really is a shame. Any sense of belief you aquire in the 1st 2 acts is completely thrown out the window. Massive disappointment. It's like the writers gave up 2/3 of the way through, & just decided to go with the same old tropes. Ugh, the entire 3rd act is SO BAD! Just can't stress it enough. Will never watch again, & cannot recommend.

As a fan of the games & the 1st film This movie was a MASSIVE disappointment. The plot is EVERYWHERE. The acting is flat. The set pieces aren't done as well as the first film. The atmospheric music is all but gone. Insert generic horror music instead. Cannot recommend to anyone.

I don't throw 5 stars around carelessly. I have seen better movies than this... but not many in this genre. Excellent watch. Should watch twice to get it all.

Goblin (whomever they are) are downright awful & have no business being the musical score for any film. The music alone is so bad, & jarring, it took me right out of the film. I turned it off after 10 minutes simply because I couldn't stand the "music" (it's not even music) any longer. It's THAT BAD. If there's anything actually good in this film I will never know because Goblin absolutely ruined it. Just WHY???

Interesting for about an hour. Unfortunately the 3rd act is so mind-numbingly stupid it will have you yanking out your own hair. Example: the lead protagonist having an open window 3 feet away, when a smoke grenade rolls into the room, she then decides the best course of action is to pick up the grenade to inspect it, smoke in her face & all. REALLY?? Then there is "Terry". The most frustratingly unlikable moron in movie history. His character alone will make you hate this movie. The reveal at the end is totally predictable as well. Just leave this one alone. Save your precious time.

Entertaining enough. Great acting. Never felt bored. Not scary, & Not hard to deduce the ending either. It's a decent movie.

Just average. Better than Midsomer, nowhere near as good as Hereditary, just for a quick reference. Stellar acting, but this movie is all over the place, & everything is shrouded in ambiguity. Not a single thing is ever truly explained either. Feels like this movie could have been great, & ended up being a wasted opportunity. The 3 stars is for the acting, and I still wouldn't really recommend sitting through it.

Simply average. Nothing we haven't seen before. Really should be 2.5 stars. By the numbers horror movie. Really Nothing else to say.

Great "zombies". Well acted. And that's it. The script, & direction, are abysmal. The 1st half of the film The ferals are super quick, & attack without prejudice. The 2nd half they slowly walk upon the lead so she can turn & shoot them. The ENTIRE film the lead refuses to learn anything, & remains ignorant throughout. The male lead goes through all this garbage, trying to get the girls to understand the implications, only to stand there & let himself be attacked. This was a interesting take on the genre, only to be wasted in the end. Don't bother with this.

Really enjoyed it up until the bathtub scene. If they'd have just ended it there it would've been better. The 3rd act is especially dull. Predictably lame ending as well. The Babadook this is NOT... but it tries.
