The Dead Don’t Hurt showcases some of the best character writing I’ve seen in recent films. It’s a poignant, beautiful, and deeply satisfying experience. The movie’s respect for its audience is palpable, and for that, I extend my gratitude to Viggo. A truly remarkable piece of cinema.
