Very inspiring story. I was transported to the 19th Century to a story that I thought I knew. This story shines a light on powerful women warriors. Viola Davis gave a legendary performance as the lead. I would be surprised if she did not add Oscar to her acolytes. Costumes, lighting, scenery, music and action did not disappoint. I found myself cheering, crying and becoming enraged as the storyline progressed. What an uplifting story! Every woman should see this one.
