I find it odd that a lot of the 1 star reviews here appear to be people reviewing the way the girls were treated and the hotel "clientele". Therefore clearly missing the point. This is an insightful 3rd person view of the experiences of 2 Finnish travellers doing the working holiday thing at a pub in a remote town in Western Australia. Yes it's dark, and I at times cringed uncomfortably at the behaviour of most of the men and women they had to deal with, including the abhorrent dusgusting publican who was their employer. If this were an advertisement for Australia, then not only would nobody ever come here, the UN would put a big fence around the joint. The film is in fact excellent and I recommend it highly.

If you're a Guy Ritchie film fan, then you'll love this film.......as I did.

Well Mr Inbetween is the best Australian production I've seen since Chopper and Blue Murder, in this genre or any aa a matter of fact. The main character Ray is very likeable, real and yet, he kills people for money. Beautifully acted and directed, if I could give this 6 out of 5 I would.

My review will be short and sweet. The film had B grade written all over it, and the storyline was B grade, in my opinion. But........all the performances by the main cast were superb. When i saw Dave Bautista I thought "here we go....". I was wrong, he was very good. The film is worth a watch.
