The basic story line of the movie is based on a very predictable outcome. It looks completely disappointing and ridiculous that the girl could leave the boy on such meaningless and insignificant alibi! She could not even try to speak to her parents! How can a daughter understand her parent's sentiments when she does not realise her own feelings! How can she be faithful towards her parents when she could not remain unperturbed to her own credibility, her promises that she made to her love. To blame parents is very easy when the fault is your own weaknesses. She not only hurt her parents but also played with Akash's life and emotions. Such plot is not only preposterous but at the same time anachronistic and utterly misfit in the modern liberal progressive and educated world. It does not generate any sympathy for Vani nor any attachment with the movie. Simply wastage of time.
