I am huge fan of Guy Ritchie films (since day 1 with Lock, Stock). I really think this is his best or one of his best films... It is not your typical Ritchie film with the quick cuts and dark humor; this one is brutal and dark. I would also think of this one as a slow burn that builds up like the rage Statham is portraying in the film... The trailers do a decent of job of not spoiling the film, so there is a bit more to the film that what you see in the trailer. I love revenge films and I have to rank this one in MY top ten. Also, the score of the film amplifies the tone of the film.

Guy Ritchie is at his best when it comes to gangster flicks. It starts with a whodunit and ends in a gotcha finale. Loved the characters, writing, story telling style of the film, wardrobe, and Ritchie's style of cinematography. Missed these films from Guy.
