Became tottaly immersed from beginning to end. I left Portugal at 10 but speak and write portuguese fluently. I can tottaly relate because of the stories my dad told me about living under the Salazar regime when living in Alto Alentejo. It was gratifying to relate to the Portuguese spirit and heart of the people. Just visit Portugal and you will understand. The acting the directing the setting etc etc etc was just enthralling. Want to own it to add to the stories I tell my grandchildren. This was Oscar material
