If i could give this 20/5 I would. (WARNING: this review talks a lot about the movie and its characters. It has spoilers. If you want to watch the movie with no spoiler, don't read this. ) The animation, the plot, the characters were so AMAZING! The way that they made Death a very scary villain amazes me. I've watched a lot of family movies & usually the villain is the least scariest, but with this one... oh man. I could feel Pusses fear when he saw Death. The whistling was quite horrifying & fear revoking. I have never felt such a fear from a movie in my life! Perrito was such a good spin off on the casual "funny" character. They actually used this character to be such a fundamental part in the movie. When i first saw Perrito, I thought he was gonna be the casual, cringe-worthy character that every movie adds to their story line. I was mistaken. He was such an amazing & well written character. Not at ALL was I expecting that. Let's talk ANIMATION. The animation style was phenomenal. I loved the color ratio & all the colors within the movie. It was *chefs kiss* The plot was phenomenal. Again, I was expecting the casual cringe "all you need is friendship" kinda thing that every movie tries to play off. Again, not at all what you expect! The movie shows how prideful Puss was and that Puss realized that. It shows you that you really have to value your life and it's okay to ask for help. My words seriously don't do justice for how amazing this movie was. You gotta watch it yourself!
