It's the movie that deserved the long waiting. Yes I know there's key differences in the movie to games but it isn't extremely big. Plus games vs books also got differences so I guess Scott had ideas for the movie stories. The designs were perfect. The setting was perfect. Cameos were perfect. Everything was perfect and I would absolutely watch this movie again and revisit the franchise I loved for almost ten years. This movie is top Blumhouse movie and it got so many reasons why it is. Rotten Tomato ratings are not all reliable since most critics see it as just another ghost based horror. Trust when I say, I loved this movie and I'm hoping there will be more.
