Brilliant show. Anyone who lived through the 70s, 80s and 90s must remember news reports about the Troubles in Northern Ireland. Even growing up in South Africa, we were taught about it in school and follow the news reports so it was enlightening to see what life must have been like for "ordinary" people to live with ever present in their lives. The show gives a good mix of humour, romance and family relationships in a household of three generations. The stories focus on a group of high school students, 4 girls and a guy and the shenanigans they get up to in the town of Derry in Northern Ireland. A variety of personalities, they are generally good kids but end up in weird, and often hilarious situations.Their repartee is quick and witty and the only complaint I have is that the episodes and seasons are too short.
