Great production value. Unfortunately in an effort to talk about equality it does almost the exact opposite.
Reminds me of that experiment where they take kids with blue eyes and brown eyes, separate them and tell them all that the the blue eyed kids are good and the brown eyed kids are bad. Immediately the blue eyed kids start treating the other kids badly.
Then they swap the roles and say brown eyed kids are better. Despite the brown eyed kids having very recently been discriminated against because of their eye colour, they immediately start discriminating against the blue eyed kids.
Could have done a little better with the messaging to say that we're all just trying to live our lives. We all struggle. Both genders are hurt by the expectations we set for people based on gender. If we truly want to reach equality, we should stop punching down at every opportunity we get.
