Judging by the number of 5 star reviews given on this movie people in this country are extremely desperate for anything to watch. Good effects but the acting is mediocre at best. It certainly seems Hollywood is fast running out of original ideas and this is just another example of that. A near complete rip off of Alien set underwater as opposed to in space.
