The absolute worst experience I’ve had in a long time as far as customer service goes. My work van, which is my livelihood got stolen two days ago it was recovered yesterday evening, and the police had it towed to lizard lick towing, which was local. I went to go pick it up and missed them by just a few minutes yesterday because they close at 5 o’clock, so I was unable to get the vehicle last night. So I went this morning as soon as they open and I’m hit with an almost $700 bill. Mind you the van had been there for a total of 15 hours, I’m a small business owner, whose van just got stolen and all the tools out of it had been stolen the ignition had been busted all the locks have been busted And the whole van was ransacked. I just have liability insurance on the van so theft isn’t covered. I’m not saying I should’ve gotten it back for nothing because at that point it would be the police department’s fault for not calling me and letting me pick it up where it was. I was OK with them towing it and paying a reasonable fee I was assuming around 150 maybe $200 tops, and I was prepared to pay that But almost $700 To someone who had their whole Turned upside down when you took what I used to make money from me. I pleaded with the owner and explained my situation and ask for any kind of a break. They wouldn’t budge one penny. They said that’s the cost if you don’t want to Pay it we can certainly buy the vehicle from you or you can let it rack up fees, and will eventually just own it. Businesses have to make money, but these people are a bunch damn greedy hillbillies. I will never refer them. I will never use them and I will constantly always give negative reviews every possible chance I get we don’t need any more people like you in this world We’re supposed to help one another. I will continue to still be nice and kind to others and especially people in need even to you miss owner of lizard lick towing If you really needed it. Be kind to everyone!
