This program transformed me beyond my career. The system of principal recruitment in this country sets principals to a failure. There's no proper induction nor support system from the employer. Often times your so call senior doesn't have skills required to run the school. We are literally put under the bus. I'm thankful to God who made it possible for me to participate in this program.
