As a person who’s been playing these since the mid 90s ISS games I’m a bit disappointed with these modern versions. I only play offline but The fun nowadays seems to have gone and what your left with is a robotic scripted version of a football game. From the outside the game looks good , the pitches and the players look excellent and once you start knocking the ball around you think , this is nice. Then the terrible AI kicks in, stupid little fouls for minor collisions , racing through on goal to be clearly hacked down from behind in the penalty box to receive nothing time and time again. Yet one little bump in your box and the computer get one . Another thing is the way the computer scores goals. They go into scripted overdrive where you can’t even touch the ball and the same goals are scored constantly. Floaty little bending shots into the corner. So I reckon this is the last year I’ll be buying a PES game RIP.
