I am not sure how I feel about this book. For me, it’s hard to put faith into implementing new cadences when it’s enveloped in a fictional setting. You don’t get to know the purpose of the book until chapter 4 so staying engaged was a little difficult. Some of the ways of structuring your morning to optimize and find peak performance are things I’ve already cultivated and are successful. It is entertaining but the love story is too out there for me and was more distracting to the message. I probably won’t try most of what was outlined, the way it was outline but will add a few things to what I do today to see what might bring about the changes I seek for my life. Overall, some good points, but the fictional story detracted from the authenticity of the learning.
