Curiosity to know the story: Have listened this story in spotify recently, Nearly 64episodes completed n went to watch this movie... Imagination vs glimps of expectation: Knowing the story, listening to the 🎶 n trailer slightly disappoints me... Early verdict with some show off intelligence: Felt the music was more westernized n the visuals are not brighter as usual A Manirathnam movie with more of dark shades I thought. Review: Like me everyone who read the story or listen to the story will be having different kind of star cast, locations n music in their own mind apart from the story itself. That's the power of writing by great Kalki.. Ex: Some old generation might thought MGR, Sivaji as Vandhiyathevan, Some may thought Rajinikanth, Kamalhasan n some may Vijay, Ajith, VJS etc etc... still one must understand none are real.... For me it's a time traveller with modern day artist n technology travelling 1000yrs back with very less usage of modern day tech and the movie gives me a experience of listening to the story by watching the real time performance by artist which really supersedes my imagination and entirely justified... The best part is no voice over once the movie kick starts n the entire story narrated with only action... BGM n songs were good... But me missing Vairamuthu sir writing for such a big movie...
