What an absurd movie. Such movies should be censored. Semi literate policemen have byhearted these fantastic movies and truthfully believe they are these characters. Especially in South Indian states such as Telangana and Andhra Pradesh the policemen seriously believe they are Simba, Shankar CI, and all the other absurd policemen these actors portray. Unlike North India, here the people are gullible and believe in these movies.
The nonsensical comments passed by some dirty, semi literate Sub Inspector such as "Krack" and "mera reputation yaha pe hai" etc seemed utterly unfathomable to me when I heard these low ranking police film addicts say them. Due to the lockdown I watched these films and now everything makes sense. These idiots were playing out these movies in real life. I just couldnt understand what they were ranting, but now I understand. They were imitating these law breakers. The censor board must censor such foolish films as it affects the lower ranked policemen. In Telangana and Andhra Pradesh the IPS dont dictate terms, they follow the trends set by their lower ranked policemen. I cannot believe some foolish movie is responsible for 80% of police brutality in the Telugu states. It seems innocuous but it needs to be taken seriously. I actually saw one inspector move his hands like Singhamm's signature beating style. The tremendous funds being pumped into the police department due to new state formation funds havent helped matters. There is not even one normal well behaved policeman in these two states All of them wear tight khaki shirts that may burst anytime, cheap railway station goggles and cheaper shoes, convinced they look like Ajay Devgun, Allu Arjun, Joh Abraham etc. In reality they look like some railway station beggar. The IPS of these two states are too weak to do anything about it. Im simply shocked at this movie. Its being copied religiously by the Telugu policemen.
