Persephone

One of the best films ever made on so many levels. First class cast, the soundtrack is riveting and evocative. Lighting and editing are wonderful. Not to mention wardrobe, which is mouth watering and tells a story all of its own. It is a loving and clear-eyed homage to the human courage and artistic integrity that created Citizen Kane. I vote for Oscars for this film.
