I must admit I never thought highly of Baldwin because of his unbearable outspoken arrogance and this is why I never chose to watch this show until recently. Looking past his personal side I think he does a nice job in this series and the writing and blend of characters make for an entertaining show. Still I can't stand the guy though. He needs to understand nobody cares what he thinks and says. Just stfu and do your job.
