As someone who has worked in Law Enforcement I am appalled at how corrupt Manitowoc County is. From watching this show it is clearly evident that the corruption in this county starts at the highest level of government and most likely includes members in Wisconsin state government. When you have evidence suddenly appear in plain sight after the same area has been searched numerous times during a 3 day period and the evidence is discovered by the same Sheriff’s LT. who was currently being investigated for corruption should have tainted this case immediately. Then the defense, in the presence of state investigators receives blood evidence that has clearly been tampered with should have caused this entire case to be tainted. I believe this entire county is corrupt including the judges and prosecutors and should be investigated by Federal law enforcement without any outside interference from the state and county.
