The monster of the film is not a creditible threat and frankly that is the only thing a film like this has going for it. Because if you are going to a society disrupter monster you need to see how this animal fundmentally changes the pecking order in a new way. But as such it lacks the ability to be tanky like the ones from a quite place or the sheer destructive force of bird box. This films monster is a tubby rabbit with wings. Its design adds more questions than it answers, like we are lead to believe it has evolved to hunt by sound but honestly has really poor hearing, and small winged ears but oddly these great huge balls where its eyes should be. Whats more its role is to disrupt society and yet it has none of the actual features that others have.
