It can be fun when you Perpetuate the “crazy woman” stereotype ADEQUATELY. This movie however had you believing NOT ONLY FROM THR TRAILER, that Cassie, was a nice, misunderstood slightly psychotic character that failed med school and who had a vendetta against “most” predatory men and did something “thrilling” and chilling about it. INSTEAD, all this character did seemingly was give these males a “stern” talking to as she ticked off her victims names in her notebook. (Another direction that had you THINKING SHE WAS ACTUALLY MURDERING THEM ALL) The acting was superb but I felt that the film was a let -down artistically and that the writer/ director simply chose the “safer” path instead of indulging in a what could have been an “actual” thriller, it left much to be desired artistically and the end, oh boy, disappointing to say the least. Cassie, completely aware of the consequences evidently sought revenge and yet, she still ultimately remained the “victim” which is just so sad and pathetic considering the strong archetype we were all made to believe she was from the beginning. It just lacked so much (OOMPH) and allowed the MAN to win again..... lame
