I recognize that ‘The Crow’ has received rather troubling reviews from critics overall, but considering the titles currently being released, it comes across as personal, somewhat comical, and incredibly gruesome. The fight scenes are in a class of their own, and you genuinely sympathize with the protagonist. Overall, I found this movie entertaining, especially because not many films these days offer such an emotional grip. Even though it’s very much an action-packed and blood-soaked movie, it truly manages to keep your attention—a quality we don’t see much of these days.
