I highly recommend this film playing at the Loft Cinema for the next week. The cinematography captures legendary footage for prosterity while Quannah Chasinghorse beautifully narrates the film with a memerizing calmness. "The American Southwest" addresses important and serious issues of water in the Southwest related to the Colorado river flow while simultaneously having a sense of humor.  Pay extra close attention to the exceptional heartfelt and intuitive foley work by the talented Susan Fitz-Simon.
