Just great. They're both great, but if I had to pick...I pick this over Band of Brothers. They're two "different" wars - this one on the Pacific islands, the other in Europe. Both had it hard, like really hard psychologically, but the at least Europe kinda resembled home in a way - the Pacific had no resemblance - plus it had island rain and suicide-like Japanese. If any of the scenes resemble truth (I think they do), then it's amazing what humans are capable of towards each other.
