This book was helpful, but I came to write a warning for those with trauma regarding s*xual assault and abuse of the sort, especially with parents. I had encountered a couple chapters with these topics and no warning at all, none of it was sugarcoated and a lot of it triggered me. I'm very disappointed with this part of the book and was expecting something actually safe to read as it is a Christian book.
