I absolutely love Dr. Kellann's bone broth. My favorite so far is the regular bone broth but have ordered the new Siracha bone broth and cannot wait to try it.
Her bone broth is easy and simple to make and enjoy. Sometimes it will be the first thing I have to eat about mid-morning, and sometimes in the afternoons if it's too close to dinner time. It's delicious. I do add extra seasonings to mine. The other night before bedtime, I was a little hungry and had a cup of bone broth and it was perfect on my tummy and not too filling. I do intermittent fasting and although I'm probably NOT supposed to have even broth during my fasting period, sometimes I do anyway.
It's filling but not too much. And it's great on a cold day just to sip on while I work.
I simply love it.
