Dr. Harini Shetty Has helped me throughout my pregnancy where she takes time and explains everything in detail, she is very patient, humble and very informative. She takes extra care and doesn’t hesitate to go out of the way when required. Even follows up if on the issues. She shared her contact number on the very first visit without even asking for it.The best Gynac I’ve ever seen. The hospital staff nurses Anjali, Rupanjali Mamtha, Beena (can’t recall the other nurses names) were courteous very helpful in handling the baby and was always there when needed and never hesitated. Housekeeping staff were very courteous and helpful too. Dr. Smitha Thomas - Lactation consultant and an excellent infant massage instructor was the best. She is very motivational, patient, extra energetic, humble and helpful. You can shoot her with any questions at any time of the day and she always answers. Very positive and trust me she’ll make sure your issues are sorted before letting you go. Dr.Sally the attending doctor was extremely supportive and received the best care. Overall great experience with Ovum. Cons 1. Executive rooms are extremely small for the room charge 2. The food quality could have been better
