What can I say, The Batman was an amazing Batman movie I have seen since The Dark Knight Rises. My expectations were low, but after watching the movie in cinemas, I really loved it. This is a perfect portrayal of Batman that is shown in a fictional city, but in a very realistic manner, as it shows that he is not in his prime yet, and that he's still learning the ways to become more vigilant around his second year.
When it comes to acting, celebrities like Robert Pattinson, Zoë Kravitz and Colin Farrell are the perfect choices in the movie, as they portrayed Batman, Catwoman and Penguin, respectively, in a very unique way that we wouldn't expect in a movie like this.
The direction was amazing and that it shows how Batman is portrayed in a realistic way as he has flaws of being Batman, but has a strong set of skills in his disposal, and it makes criminals in Gotham feel more intimidated. This shows that no matter what the situation is, it shows Batman being a symbol of fear that shows that criminals would have nowhere to hide.
