Caught Red Handed is an interesting program; however if the police want people to assist with finding culprits of offences they need to reveal clear photos of offenders. All these types of programs always obscure the offenders which in turn makes any identification impossible. The end result is many like myself find that police are wasting MY time not I theirs.
