In this show, the number of black people who climb to the top of the ladder. For last season the owner of the hospital is black. The chiefs are black, half of the new interns are black..... yet the show has been highly successful for years. It is a soap opera. With all of the money the show makes they could develop programs where black women have work opportunities. Black women are losing jobs by the hundreds. Not being made chiefs etc. In fact, I think that there are more black doctors on the show than there are nurses..The show makes billions. Give some back to the communities that need them.. Don't support Trumpisms.
