I was glad to try it on gamepass. Honestly, it's not a bad game, but it's not great either. The combat is super simple. It's fun for about 1 hour, and then, you will realize that you've done it all. You'll spend most of the time walking and sneaking around. There are a lot of cutscenes that can't be skipped. If you are a fan of Indiana Jones, it might suit you a bit. But as an "adventure" game, it almost seems too simple. If you're expecting quality like the last 3 tomb raider games or uncharted series, this won't be the game for you. The gameplay and premise is very simple. But more importantly, it was very slow paced. I played for about 3 hours, and I don't really have any desire to continue and finish it.

Honestly, I still can't believe we're getting to play another dragon age game. I've played all of them and always enjoyed the characters and story telling. I really like what they did on this one so far. I feel like they took feedback from what were some low points in the other game and made this better. Pros - still great characters to get to know - great story telling - combat feels modern and fun! I love the prime and detonation component a la mass effect andromeda - other quality of life stuff like doors opening by themselves, more fluid movement by the character, customization for the character as soon as you get to the lighthouse, the little lights that show up when a character has something to say so you know to go talk to them - amazing cinematics - runs beautiful and well optimized - great artwork especially when varric is telling the story - rook can be sarcastic again! Lol Cons - I am bummed that it seems most decisions we made via the keep are gone. Mostly, no one can hold a candle to Cassandra and Leliana so not seeing them is going to be tough lol, especially since the inquisitor will make an appearance - the upgrade of items may be somewhat a bit grindy but not a lot. - soundtrack - I just got to lucanis, and I can't say I have heard any song that has really captured my attention like the songs from the inquisition did but I'm sure I'll pay more attention whenever they go on spotify Congrats to bioware. I'm really enjoying the game. I can't wait to see what is next in series or what may become of mass effect as well.

I do really like the omni movement they implemented. It made a lot of difference in the campaign. While the campaign started of very fun, some of the missions just killed the vibe for me. I like zombies, but the missions that were forced to have zombies because a fetch quest. It was annoying. I would have prefer they did not implement that into the campaign. The multiplayer is ok. The maps are ok. I can't say I have found anything that has made me think they raised the bar. Again, the omni movement is a great improvement, but everything else was more or less of the same.

Honestly, I gave it a fair chance. I played about 20 hours, and then just became bored. I've played persona 4, 5, and 3 reload. I really liked them. Metaphor Refantazio is pretty decent, but I think the story was just mediocre. It was interesting at first, but after the third dungeon, it starts to feel like they added a bunch of fillers. The social links don't seem as in depth as the persona series. I didn't feel as interested in the archetypes as I was with collecting persona and fusing them. Some of the characters are cool, but I feel they don't get as developed as characters in the persona series. I actually don't like turn based games, but persona series got me hooked with the story, humor, and combat/persona catching. Overall, metaphor refantazio is a good game, and I got it for 20 bucks so no regrets. But it's definitely not going to satisfy anyone looking for kind of like the future persona 6.

I have played it for about 5 hours now. I have some memories of watching one of my brothers play the original, but to me, this is brand new since I didn't actually play the original. I will say this one runs very well and looks really good as well. I was surprised by how pretty it looked. The voice acting is superb. The atmosphere is great. However, I am feeling like the game has a weird pace that is making the game longer than it needs to be. There aren't a lot of enemy variations, and the combat is just ok. I heard it takes about 18 to 20 hours to beat. We'll see how long it takes me since I'm at brookhaven hospital now, but I did get the sense that it felt like some of the gameplay was being drawn out longer than it needed to be. I bought it on sale, so it's ok. I'm glad I didn't pay full price or pay extra to get early access.

I bought the premium upgrade on sale, so I don't feel as bad. But wow, this does make me think twice about buying a season pass from Bethesday. I liked fallout and skyrim. I like Starfield too. But this dlc has proven to be incredibly boring. For the first 10 minutes, it was giving spooky mystery vibes, and I was excited to jump into it. Suddenly, it became long boring dialog, walk here, walk there, fetch this, listen to someone else go on and on about nothing consequential. Honestly, this felt like it should have been part of the main game as is. This is definitely not worth paying for. Also, some of the voice acting just feels subpar compared to everyone else in the game. I still like starfield, but I wish I had never gotten the premium upgrade even on sale. This dlc is just not worth it at all. I am struggling to finish it because of how boring it is.

Having a lot of fun so far. I think the puzzles are kind of fun. Sometimes, puzzles can be frustrating or break the pace of the game, but I find them fun so far thanks to the echoes abilities. It's a well done game so far. I haven't gotten far, but I think the abilities that they have given zelda really make her stand out compared to Link, so it's a nice change of pace to see her do her thing. I loved link awakening, and I'm glad they did another one. It has that same asthetic as link awakening. I also think the puzzles and exploration are a bit better this time around too.

Huge fan of metroid. This one is a fun 2d. I think the encounters with the EMMI can be both exhilarating, fun, and frustrating all at the same time sometimes, but they are interesting. Samus has just a bit more backstory and like 3 voiced lines lol. Boss battles are fun. They can be hard, but I think you need to pay attention the boss moves carefully. My only reason for giving 4 stars is because I thought some upgrades required some crazy speed boost, spin attack, etc combination just to get them...looking at you missile+tank. It was so annoying, and I felt it broke the pace of the game for me. I actually had to play metroid dread a second time to truly enjoy it. The first time, I got half way and got bored for some reason. But, the second time, I was more willing to try it again and give it more time. I think the first time I was getting lost too much 🤣

I was hesitant to get this game because I thought we'd get a full blown prince of persia high end graphics game. But, this is not bad. A lot of people were complaining about the prince looking different, but the character that you play as is not even the prince. It's a different character. The game has different puzzles/platforms that truly bring the prince of persia feel into it. Sargon is voiced by the same actor who voices Orpheus from BG3 so that's awesome. You can use different abilities and move sets. The story so far is pretty interesting. There is a metroidvania component where you have to backtrack to previous areas, but you can have a guided map and add markers or choose to explore with minimal help. Also, I appreciate all the accessibility options that the developers added which should allow hardcore gamers and casual gamers alike to enjoy it. I got this on sale, and I am so glad I did. I am really enjoying it!!

I've been playing it for about 6 hours. I got off the first planet already because I needed extra upgrades to do other things in the first planet. Unfortunately, I am losing the drive to keep playing. Pros + Nix, he's adorable and useful + beautiful looking worlds + star wars aspect of the world is well done + nice voice acting Cons + Kay needs way more depth. I found myself liking Nix and kept thinking Kay just wasn't well done. Kind of disappointed because ubisoft brought us a character like Kassandra so I wish Kay was written better + too much usage of stealth, it is fun for a few hours + world is pretty empty/not a lot to interact with + gameplay gets quite boring + storyline is mediocre I wanted to like it, but I am finding myself pretty bored. I got it for free so not feeling bad about trying it. I think I may give it another shot when there are more mods available on pc to make it more fun.
