People are able to draw their own conclusions and apply their own logic. My view is that this is as balanced as one can get on such a subjective and emotive topic. This film should be viewed after viewing "Gamechangers" and "Forks Over Knives". These two documentaries don't give too much opinion on the impact on the environment and take the "all or something" approach to wholefood plant based diet. It's your own personal choice as to what food you want to eat. All the criticism carefully avoids addressing the true-life stories of the people who changed their diets and had some recovery to better health. The criticism doesn't address the fact that the Chinese study exists and it is possible to compare people all over the world who have different diets and the countries where they live have different mortality rates. Watch Forks over Knives before you watch What the Health. At the age of 50 it makes sense to me that eating animals that are raised in feedlots and feedhouses, pumped full of antibiotics and hormones, is not healthy. The rates of chronic disease appear to back this up.
