I must say I really liked the first 3 episodes then I got kinda lost when they started dedicating episodes to each individual character. The story picks up again around Episode 8, point being you can skip episodes 3-7 and you wouldn't miss anything. You can still tell each person's story in a way that always pushes the story forward like in a short flashback, but I get if they did that, they'd have to finish the story early. Like what was the point of telling Brownie's story, he contributed nothing to the plot, just comedic relief it's like they put him in there because he's a good famous Native actor and they needed him to put the show on the map. They would have shined without all that. It can still be funny and tell a serious story. I believe there is more episodes, I'm here until the end, but I must say I will have to give it a couple zonks because of the pacing after episode 2 and unnecessary parts, it just went on and on. The acting is on point and Elva Guerra is so hot. ;)
If you really wanna watch a 5 star Rez show, go watch The Rez, it's so much better, uplifting, funny and serious sometimes. Starring Ryan Black. I don't know where you can watch it though, there's some episodes on Youtube but not all of them. I bought the DVDs on Amazon and I'm glad to have it in my collection of movies!
