A terrible book written by a terrible man. It's this dumb political thriller where the president wants to enact policies Ben disagrees with and then America falls apart because the president enacted a public healthcare policy.
The story also bashes Islamic terrorists for, well, terrorizing people, but Ben apparently decides that if a terrorist agrees with what he thinks, it's completely okay and they are just enacting their 1st and 2nd amendment rights.
Ben also decided to make all the white characters heroic and attractive, but all the black characters evil and disgusting. He spends quite a bit of the story talking about how our heroes, who are all white, were bullied by black people because Ben is a racist, but denies it every time he is called out on it.
There is also just really poor scripting in general, the plot is all over the place, the writing is just awful with likes such as "Jennifer saw thousands of cars turn on their sides, rotate like clothes in a washing machine." Seriously!? I could do a better job capturing the emotion in what is supposed to be a bridge collapse, watch. "Jennifer watched in horror as hundreds of cars tumbling down the collapsing bridge and into the Hudson."
Anyways, the only uses this book has other than being a tasteless paperweight is to serve as how not to write a book, as well as a look into what Ben thinks. It's quite disturbing what he thinks actually. Only people who like this book are beyond saving at this point as they have no critical thinking and like it because it conforms to Ben's worldview.
